The Attollo Assistance International Group of Companies specializes in providing service and insurance support to insurers and their clients in the following areas:

Travel insurance;
Claims settlement for motor insurance;
Debt collection services (regression claims).

Attollo Assistance has over 5,500 active direct contracts with medical institutions, doctors, and service providers around the world.

In the European Union, the company is represented by offices in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, and the Republic of Serbia. It also has a representative office in the Russian Federation.

Our History

2003

Since its founding, Attollo Brokers has shown consistent growth both in quality and quantity, and is currently one of the most experienced companies in the Latvian insurance market, having cooperation agreements with nearly all insurers in the country.

2014

The accumulated experience, professional skills, and increasing number of partners led to the decision to establish an independent international service company – Attollo Assistance – primarily focused on clients from Eastern Europe.

2019

Together with key partners, the company decided to open an additional line of business, focusing on the development of an international travel insurance system. As a result, by mid-2023, several new services were launched for our clients:

Online insurance for obtaining entry visas to the Russian Federation;
Assistance to Russian clients in purchasing travel insurance policies from European insurance companies;
Cross-border insurance services for foreign vehicles entering Russia and Russian vehicles entering the European Union.

2024

A five-year development plan has been approved. Priority areas include expanding the range of services provided to both Russian citizens traveling abroad and foreigners planning to visit Russia, as well as further development of the international partner network in Europe and Asia.

Our goal is to provide prompt assistance to our clients, ensuring they are never left alone with their problems, regardless of where they are in the world.

We are thoroughly familiar with all insurance products and conditions of each insurer, as well as reinsurance policies. This allows us to respond quickly to assistance requests, saving time and resources for our clients and significantly improving service quality.
